Royce Watkins was named President and Chief Executive Officer of FCM in May, 2014, after serving for two years as Chief Operations Officer of Abaana’s Hope in Uganda. Royce and his wife, Sandra, spent approximately 16 months living in Gulu, Uganda and working with the FCM missionaries, focusing on developing infrastructure, sustainable life skills, evangelism and discipleship. Royce received a BBA degree from Texas A&M-Commerce in Human Resources Management and served in various upper managerial positions in the Pharmaceutical industry. Though semi-retired, he still serves at the Chairman and CEO of Cebert Pharmaceuticals, which he founded in 1997. The Board of Directors believes Royce’s managerial experience in the corporate world, coupled with the time Royce and Sandra spent in Uganda makes him uniquely qualified to serve in the ministry’s senior leadership role.

Yancy Carpenter

Yancy Carpenter was named Vice-President of Four Corners in 2011. Before joining Four Corners’ leadership team, Yancy has traveled to several countries in Central America, in addition to spending time in Africa. Yancy began his professional career with Sysco Food Services in 1998 before being promoted as District Sales Manager for Auburn, Alabama in 2004. Currently, Yancy serves as Business Development Manager for Sysco, overseeing two major districts in Alabama. As vice-president of Four Corners, Yancy is responsible for communicating Four Corners’ vision and strategy to donors, church leaders, and potential supporters. Yancy has a burden for the people of South Sudan and Uganda. His desire to share the Gospel and story of the persecuted church encourages and challenges many.

Kimberly Burk

Kimberly Burk joined the FCM team as Financial Manager in September 2012. Kim graduated from Auburn University with an accounting degree in December 2006, and worked in public accounting for 6 years where she was first introduced to FCM as a client. During her career in public accounting she provided various accounting and tax services for nonprofit organizations. Kim and her husband, Thor, live in Opelika, AL with their two sons, Max and Finn, and their dog Duke.

Martha Ellen Johnson

Martha Ellen Johnson joined the Four Corners Ministries Team as the Donor Development and Event Planner. Martha Ellen started volunteering with Four Corners in April of 2013 then interned in January of 2014 and transitioned into a full-time employee in April of 2014. Martha Ellen graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies in May of 2014. Martha Ellen took a year and a half off of school in 2011 and moved to Colorado where she was the children’s church pastor at a church in Castle Rock, CO. She moved back to Auburn to complete her degree.

Rachel Sprayberry

Rachel Sprayberry graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She and her husband Drew moved back to Drew’s hometown of Wadley, AL from Florence, AL in July of 2013. They have one son Jude Sprayberry, four cats, and one dog.
