AUMA NANCY was born in Anaka in 1994, one of seven children, five of whom have died. At the age of three her dad was captured by the rebels and never returned. Her mother took them to her home village in Paicho where they stayed for two years before moving to an IDP camp in Paicho. She was able to attend school while in the camp and her mother remarried in Paicho Camp. In 2010, they left Paicho and returned to her stepfather’s land in Kinene. She met her husband, Richard, and married in 2011. They have two children and she is working to save for school fees. Nancy was saved in July 2013 after hearing the gospel shared at Abaana’s Hope Sunday worship.
